For this special 40th birthday celebration, we had the pleasure of taking care of the full planning, design, and on-site execution. The event took place in the host’s beautiful private garden, shared with 60 adults and 37 children aged 0 to 10.
The spacious garden provided the perfect setting for a summery outdoor celebration. Several tents created distinct areas—from a relaxed afternoon lounge in Ibiza style to an elegant dining space in the evening, as well as a dedicated play area for the children.
A strong team—including childcare providers, a children’s show, DJ, live musician, caterer, photographer and videographer, Kompotoi facilities, and furniture rental—ensured a seamless and memorable event. With great attention to detail, we complemented the concept with coordinated stationery, stylish decorative elements, and harmoniously matched furniture.
The result was an unforgettable day—a celebration for both young and old that will be remembered for a long time to come.
