AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers – is the world’s leading network for young legal professionals under the age of 45. The organization provides a platform for international exchange, professional development, and personal networking – all at the highest level of quality and expertise. Each year, AIJA hosts numerous seminars, congresses, and events on legal and socially relevant topics.
We have the privilege of supporting AIJA with around ten seminars all over the world, from initial concept through to on-site execution. We work closely with each seminar’s local organizing committee, assist with task allocation and resource planning, oversee budget and timelines, and make sure that every detail is taken care of.
In early July, we supported the AIJA Seminar in Konstanz with on-site planning and coordination. A truly successful event that we’ll remember fondly.
Under the title “Cross-Border Employment: Trends & Challenges”, young legal professionals from around the world gathered at Lake Constance for two days of exchange on pressing topics in employment law. A cross-border topic in a truly cross-border location – Konstanz, with its proximity to Switzerland, provided the perfect setting.
What we especially appreciated was the international and open spirit of the AIJA community, as well as the professional yet relaxed atmosphere throughout the event. We had the pleasure of coordinating the venue, technical setup, and event flow, while also ensuring that all guests felt welcome and well looked after.
