The Papieri site in Cham is growing and growing. We recently had the pleasure of organising and implementing the topping-out ceremony of the historic monument – Kesselhaus – for Cham Swiss Properties. A new residential and working neighbourhood with industrial charm is being developed on the Papieri site. Characteristic existing buildings from the original paper factory are being supplemented with striking new buildings directly on the River Lorze and realised in a sustainable manner. A new meeting place with supra-regional appeal is being created here, where history and the present go hand in hand. All the better that we were able to accompany the landmark of the Papieri site with another fantastic event.
